Reservations: A deposit of €250.00 is required to secure an advanced booking. Full rental charges are payable at least 28 days before the start of hire. A 5% discount will apply to the daily rate, to those who wish to pay in full at time of booking, provided it is more than 28 days before hire commences.

Bookings: We need the full address of client, telephone number and flight number for security reasons.

Rental Opening Hours: The office is open Summer Months Monday-Saturday from 9.00hrs- 20.00hrs and Winter Months Monday-Saturday from 10.00hrs- 16.00 hrs.The office is closed every Sunday.

Collection/ Return: Vechicles are available from our premises at 16.00-20.00 hrs on day of hire in summer months and 13.00-16.00 in winter months but we can arrange a different time in different times of the year if we have motorhome free. Vehicles must be returned at 10.00 on the day the hire ends if not we will charge and extra day.

Insurance: Drivers must be between 25 years and 75 years and hold a clean drivers licence for 2 years. Insurance is included in the daily rate. The insurance policy has an excess where clients are responsible for the first €1600.00 of damage. All accidents involving a thrid party, details on the thrid party must be furnished when the vechicle is returned.

Security Deposit: The hirer is liable to pay a security deposit of €1600.00 to cover incidents. This includes loss of skylights, mirrors, window or windscreen damage, impact with stationary objects, driver negligence, returning late or in a unsatisfactory condition, tyre damage etc.. The hirer must notify us immediately of any accidents or mishaps that occur so that we may do everything possible to ensure the next client is not inconvenienced.

Cleaning: The cleaning deposit of €175.00 will be refunded when the motorhome is returned cleaned internally. Out of respect for our employees we must insist that the toilet is emptied and cleaned.

Cancellation: When six weeks notice is given of cancellation €100.00 of the booking deposit is retained to cover administration costs. When the six-four weeks notice is given the deposit is forfeited. When less than four weeks notice is given every effort will be made on our part to re-let the motorhome. Should we be unable to do so all rental charges will be forfeited. Clients shouls have their own holiday/travel insurance to cover loss.

Equipment: We do not supply any bedding, sheets or towels. We do supply pots, pans, cutlery, gas kettle, plates, cups, bowls etc. bottle of gas.

Conditions of supply: Whilst every effort will be made to supply the model you ordered, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative vehicle should circumstances dictate. Standard Terms and Conditions are detailed on our Formal Rental Agreements. It is an important condition of hire that infortunately animals are not allowed in the motorhome. Kamp-Easi Motorhomes accepts no responsibility for delays which may occur at the start of hire due to circumstances beyond our control.

Free Tank of Fuel: Free Tank of Fuel is only available for bookings of 7 nights or more, where the booking is made online before the 31st March 2009. This will be indicated at time of pickup.
